Our Process From Inspection to Final Seal
We take pride in doing the preparation properly and making sure every customer understands exactly what the work involves.

Glenn inspects the existing concrete, cracking, surface wear, previous coatings and surrounding conditions. He then explains which repair, resurfacing or sealing options may be suitable.

Suitable cracks, chips, damaged edges and uneven areas are repaired or corrected where practical before resurfacing or sealing begins. Glenn will explain any limitations caused by continuing slab or ground movement.

Depending on the project, preparation may include pressure washing, acid washing, diamond grinding or removal of loose and failed coatings. Careful preparation helps the selected resurfacing or sealing system bond correctly to the existing concrete.

The selected finish is applied using the appropriate system for the project. Where suitable, the completed surface is protected with sealer and an anti-slip additive can be incorporated. Glenn then provides curing and maintenance instructions for the finished area.
